How much are shipping costs?

• € 7.53 for shipping by registered international post
• € 15.43 for a shipping by Chronopost (next day delivery if ordered before 10am)
• Free for any purchase directly from the store (56100 Lorient) - detailed plan

Do you have all the products in stock?

The products listed are in stock, unless otherwise clearly stated (you cannot add a product to the shopping basket if it is out of stock.) If you click on "more details about the product" you can see the exact amount of stock remaining of this product.

What are the delivery times?

Upon receipt of your payment, we prepare your order and you will receive the goods within 48-72 hours.

You can also receive your order the next day by Chronopost for any order placed before 10am.

What are the payment methods available?

You can settle the account either: ·

• by credit card via our secure bankline with Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne or directly with the store
• by cheque by printing your order form and sending it to our address: : Lyophilise.fr, 5 allée du Petit bois, 56260 Larmor Plage.
  Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be shipped within 48 hours.

How are the discounts applied?

You benefit from automatic discounts when you place your order. The amount of the discount is displayed at the end of the order.

Is the discount applied when I order 10 identical products or 10 different products?

The discount applies when you order 10 products regardless of type or make. For example you order 3 pasta Bolognese, 3 chocolate mousse, a soup and three chocolate bars, you have a 5% discount on the entire order.

Ditto for 50 products = 10% discount on the total order

Ditto for 100 products  = 15% discount on the total order
